"My experience exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t sure what I would get from the meditation, but I have worked with crystals before, so my intention was to be open to whatever happened and to expect some level of spiritual or emotional healing. I definitely felt healed and opened up on an emotional level. I felt relaxed and free during the guided meditation. Afterwards, I felt more grounded in my life. I was also able to move forward on a goal that I previously had been stuck with making forward progress.
